Spaces not marked "Visitor" are assigned to specific houses. If your assigned space is being used you can call Henry's Wrecker service at 703.471.0010 to have the car towed - we strongly encourage you to contact neighbors first to identify the car's owner and ask they move to a visitor space or street parking. If you call for a tow truch you must be present to sign and authorize the service. The vehicle owner is responsible for any fees.
